I am in the CG/Post department of Project Yoakam and, since the bulk of my work doesn't begin till the video is shot, I have done some more testing with some fire. Explored some cartoony fire as well as some realistic explosions that would be coming out the side of Kinney Hall.
Have some issues with the particles hanging around too long giving the flashy fire effect. Thankfully that is an easy fix.
Also did some exploration in the motion graphics part of the short. I have never really done motion graphics before, so this is more of an experiment than a final design.
